Summer is on its way which for model agencies means one thing...a huge influx of new faces who are finishing up with those tiresome exams and joining us for a Summer of modelling.
Meet the lovely Molly who, fresh from some travelling, joins us full time from polaroids, tests and that first wave of castings, its going to be a busy few months for Molly!

Nothing like starting off a new week with a brand new signing and recruit for team Profile! Meet the gorgeous Michaela from Bratislava who we have just snapped up...paper work is in process as we speak and we are working on getting her in to town as soon as possible!

If anything is going to cheer us up on a Monday morning it has to be Sabibi in this latest editorial for I Love Fake Magazine...
Theres nothing fake about our girl thats for sure...with a smile that could stop traffic and hair to be jealous of we may just look at these shots all day...

We're used to seeing models looking picture perfect on the pages of magazines but to us there is nothing more fascinating than a models off duty, day to day wear....half the time we prefer it to what the professionals put together.
The lovely Paula came in to see us this morning and we have fallen in love with her 90s grunge look...if only we looked so good in a t shirt and leggings!

We're not going to lie, we were all a little bit jealous of the lovely Flossy...our very own model turned dancer dominates the small screen in The Kooks music video for Rosie. We LOVE the 80s feel of this video and think our girl fits her leading lady role to perfection

For a model scooping a cover is pretty big news....SO we couldnt be happier for our very own Lilah (aka Lil Par) who just takes our breath away on the cover of Gloss Magazine....Irelands most fashionable supplement... honestly is it us or is this girl EVERYWHERE at the moments...from billboard in Times Square NY to the biggest selling newspaper in Ireland, Lilahs on a roll!

Welcome to Profile Tiffany! So new to us but not new to the industry, meet our latest signing, the simply stunning Tiffany...with a spectacularly strong body of work behind her already, we've sent this beauty out on castings asap! We cant wait to see where this girl goes next...

New hair alert! We love working with models....means we can try out all our hair cut fantasies without getting the chop ourselves. Profiles Polish Paula unveils a super hot editorial blunt fringe...and we just cant get enough. Check out these polas taken a matter of minutes ago...dare we say it..FIERCE!

After only having touched down in London last week, Slovakian blonde and agency favourite
Barbora has already been rushed off her feet, shooting for none other than Rankin in her
first week.  Barbora came to us following the release of this exquisite editorial for Spanish Vogue...
no wonder this girl has been busy!

Where were you scouted?
I was scouted in convent garden by simone last summer when I was shopping with a friend who's also called sophie.
Favourite thing about London?
the people here, and how easy it is to quickly meet up with friends. I used to live in the country so it would take a half hour by car to see anyone.
Modelling dream?
I watch all the 'next top model' programmes and always secretly wanted to try it myself but was apprehensive about the industry being too tough and competitive. The first time I was scouted by Storm I had braces and just didn't have the confidence to do it but I'm hoping when I finish school I've be able to pursue it.
Model you most admire?
I love Lily Cole, I think she's so unique looking and I admire how she keeps up with her studies aswell as modelling and acting.
Describe your off duty look
I don't really have a look, its more like what mood I'm in that day or who I'm seeing. I have a lot of florals and denim during the day.
Ideal day off:
I've always wanted to go to a spa!
I cant live without:
My phone
My name is hard to come up with a nickname for, I have a few like oons, io, una, but when I younger I could never pronounce my name and would always say oona so my entire family call me oonie and its just stuck with me.
Designer/brand I wear
I stick to the highstreet but my favourite shop is urban outfitters.
Designer/brand I wish I could wear/afford!:
Ever since I saw Paloma faith in concert I've really wanted some louboutins.
Place I need to visit:
New york and australia
My friends would describe me as:
All ways happy but takes far too long getting ready
Handbag essential:
Lipbalm, I have about 8 carmexs somehow
Best thing about the industry:
I haven't had much modelling experience yet as I've been at school but especially at profile everyone seems so friendly, not intimidating at all. And the few shoots I've done I've really enjoyed and the photographers are really polite and easy going.
Worst thing about the industry:
Travelling for an hour or so to a casting and only staying for a second being told you're not what they're looking for, but its just a part of modelling and how you get a job.
If I wasn’t modelling I would be:
I'm still in school, but I'll probably end up being an illustrator.

For a new face, getting some great test shoots done is the best way to start building their portfolio...gorgeous Zoe D teamed up with photographer Jack Eames to produce these sexy, striking, and high fashion shots, we can't wait to see where this takes her career. Having already hot for MIXMAG and Fabulous, we have a feeling this native New Zealander is going to go from strength to strength.
Photographer Jack Eames

Getting scouted as a model is nearly always a case of being in the right place at the right time...
or in Flo's case being related to one always helps! A chance visit to Profile HQ with her sister, rising star April, paved the way for this gorgeous girly...there was no way we were going to let her go!
With Summer holidays on the horizon we can't wait to get this new face in town.

Polish beauty Paula smoulders in this divine editorial for trendy Let Them Eat Cake Magazine, shot by Ekaterina Bazhenova.
Luxurious, ladylike, poised and perfect...we are certainly not lost for words when it comes to these shots...quite a transformation for the girl we see coming in to the agency in rock t shirts and leather leggings!

We love a hair campaign here at Profile so we were very excited when these shots hit our inbox...check out the super cool Franziska fronting the latest range for hair care giant TIGI. Sporting what can only be described as 80s Versace chic, Franziska has certainly brightened up our rather grey day...

Who says blondes have more fun? Clearly not editorial star Alyona, who has swapped her trademark platinum hair for a new brunette do.....being blonde has served her well, as a regular on the pages of V Magazine, Vogue, i-D and POP and as the face of Theory and Costume National, this girl is already a supermodel.
Looking almost totally like a different model, we can't wait for Alyona to come back in to town and see where this new look takes her.

We have to admit....we have a bit of a girl crush on our girl Chloe Norgaard. Not only is this LA born  model just unbelievably cool, she totally rocked the dip dye before anyone else.... Chloe also doubles as a super hot DJ, with an army of Twitter, Facebook and Blog followers, confirming her status as our new idol...

If, like us you can't get enough of Chloe, follow her BLOG and Twitter...we're hooked!

A photographer

How breathtaking does Tatjana look in this video taken from behind the scenes of a recent test with Cameron James Wilson? Colour blocking, prints, tailoring and textures...with all this to compete with, Tatjana still manages to captivate us in this editorial in motion!

Its no secret that here at Profile HQ we are all unbelievably jealous of all those who were lucky enough to be over in LA for the pinnacle of festival perfection, Coachella (especially on a lovely rainy day in London)....So when these photos hit our inbox from Profile model, Abi P we thought we'd share them with you...we also couldnt resist asking this model festival fan a few nosy questions...
  Festival essential?
P20 and vita coco water.

Festival fashion summed up?
Light, short and hippy. (Saw one girl collapse in fleece trousers-so not them!)

Happy camper or hotel?
Unhappy camper, hotel next time!

Is this the only festival you are going to this summer?
Fortunately yes, if I see one more portaloo it will be one too many.

Dream festival line up?
Another hologram performance would be amazing, perhaps from a legend like Marvin Gaye.

We cant get enough of the lovely Miss Parsons at the moment....not content with total billboard domination with her swatch campaign, Lilah is also the face of Daniel Cassin and we have fallen in love with this behind the scenes video of the campaign shoot. We hate to say it as this is one of our homegrown girls...but NYC and Lilah are a match made in heaven!

Ella, 16 from London
What a year to be British, from the Olympics to the Jubilee there has never been a more appropriate time to fly the flag for British talent and here at Profile we have a fresh wave of newly scouted Brits ready to make their mark on the modelling scene.
